Tchick — 4,5 kg, 29 cm, robe noir tricolore, yeux bleus. Adorable, très attachante, elle adore les caresses.

The pleasure of an Australian Shepherd in the smallest size available: smaller than the Miniature American Shepherd, itself smaller than the standard, well suited to city and apartment living.
The Toy Australian Shepherd shares the same origins as the standard Australian Shepherd — a working breed developed in the United States, prized by ranch "stockmen". Size reduction began in the 1960s, first giving rise to the mini format, then the toy format. The Miniature American Shepherd is now LOF-recognized in France; the Toy Australian Shepherd remains non-LOF, recognized by American clubs only.
From 25.4 to 35.6 cm at the withers for 5.4 to 7.7 kg — the same standard for both sexes. Its temperament is a true "velcro dog" that follows its human everywhere, a sensitive soul that responds very well to positive training, and a dynamic dog needing at least an hour of exercise a day.
